Mr. King Lee has more than 23 years of experience in accounting, audit, and corporate finance and advisory in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. King has extensive experience in Hong Kong Listing. He is currently INED of two Hong Kong Listed companies, namely S&P International (1695. HK) and Easy Repay Finance & Investment (8079. HK). He has also assisted in Listing of a number of entities on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. King set up Visionwide in Hong Kong back in 2013 providing onestop corporate secretarial, accounting and corporate advisory services in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Malaysia and Singapore.
Chong Ye Wen, Admin and Finance Manager, ensures operational efficiency and financial stability through meticulous management, fostering organizational growth and alignment with ESG sustainability objectives.
Fion has over six years of professional experience in the audit and assurance field, both locally and internationally. She has been involved in audit engagements for local private companies, subsidiaries of multinational corporations, and public listed entities, covering diverse industries including trading and distribution, retail, property development, construction, manufacturing, financial services, food and beverage, automotive, and agriculture. She has also been involved in other assurance and advisory engagements, including corporate exercises and initial public offerings (IPOs) on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
Ms. Ma Xiaoxi is a qualified lawyer whose practice focuses on cross-border investment, international trade, and capital markets. She is currently based in Malaysia, providing enterprises with one-stop legal support for overseas expansion, including the establishment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and the review of over 100 bilingual Chinese–English contracts, achieving a risk avoidance rate of over 95%. She is well-versed in the legal frameworks of China, Malaysia, and common law jurisdictions, and holds the PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate. She specializes in foreign-related bilingual contract drafting and compliance reviews. With a “legal + commercial + cross-border” integrated perspective, Ms. Ma is committed to safeguarding clients’ steady and sustainable growth in the global market.
Iman Balqis, ESG Data Analyst, specializes in analyzing sustainability data, driving informed decisions, and supporting ESG compliance to promote impactful and responsible business practices.
Kang Siew Ping will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and contributing to the efficient management of organizational processes.
With extensive experience spanning over a decade in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media, I am a seasoned trainer and expert in guiding individuals and businesses to thrive in the online landscape.
Ms. Sharon Leong brings 25 years of experience spanning from 1998 to 2023, with a well-rounded background in administration, manufacturing, marketing, logistics, and banking.
Kenneth Xuan, with a background in marketing across financial institutions, specializes in securities and asset management. He will oversee data analysis, ESG compliance, and support sustainable business development initiatives.
Eeseen is a graduate with an MEng in Chemical Engineering (Environmental) with first class Honours and over 4 years of experience fostering sustainability cultures in manufacturing. Eeseen has expertise in assessing, implementing, and monitoring environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and targets to drive impactful outcomes in companies.
Graduated with a MSc in Sustainability Science from University of Malaya. Experience in ESG reporting, materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement. Skilled in supporting companies across Hong Kong and China markets in aligning with global sustainability frameworks and regional regulatory requirements. Passionate about supporting businesses in building more sustainable and responsible practices.
Alicia holds a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology from UCSI University and a Master of Environment from Universiti Putra Malaysia. With a strong academic foundation and hands-on experience, she specialises in sustainability reporting aligned with current regulatory frameworks. Alicia works closely with clients to develop effective ESG strategies, leveraging her advanced environmental knowledge and practical insights to drive impactful sustainability outcomes.
